Physical Products (Vinyl Add‑Ons)

If you choose a vinyl add‑on, your custom vinyl record will be produced and shipped by a third‑party vinyl pressing partner.

Please note:

Production and shipping times vary depending on the vinyl provider
Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout or via email
Shipping fees may apply depending on the provider
Tracking information (if available) will be provided once the vinyl partner ships your order

Because vinyl production is handled by a third‑party service, The Pet Song Creative is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost parcels. However, we will always assist you in contacting the provider to resolve any issues.
