THE PET SONG CREATIVE REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

Because our songs are custom creative works, refunds are limited and available where required under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

You may request a full refund before any creative work has started.

Creative work is considered to have begun once:

we have reviewed your questionnaire,
begun writing lyrics,
or started preparing production elements.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Refunds After Work Begins

Once songwriting or production has started:

Refunds are generally not available
You will receive one round of revisions as part of your purchase
Additional revisions may incur a fee

This applies whether the work involves lyric writing, arranging, or using production tools (including Suno Studio, Ableton or FL Studio).

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind
Disliking the creative style
Not providing required information
Delays caused by you
Misunderstanding the service

For clarity refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste, artistic preference, musical style, genre, lyrical interpretation, or other subjective creative decisions.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer partial refunds at our discretion in rare cases.

6. Scheduling and Time Zones

Meet & Greet and Playback calls are scheduled during Sydney/Melbourne business hours, with some after-hours appointments available.

Customers located outside Australia are responsible for reviewing the scheduling information provided on the relevant product page before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a suitable appointment time will be available in your time zone, please contact us before placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate different time zones where possible. However, a refund will not be provided solely because available appointment times are inconvenient for your location where the service has been accurately described prior to purchase.
